Arbitration

This Policy will be regulated by, interpreted in line with, and construed in compliance with Indian law. The only venue of jurisdiction will be Tamil Nadu. In the case of a dispute arising out of this Policy, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a solitary arbitrator jointly nominated by both parties and regulated by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in Salem, TamilNadu.

Termination/Access Restriction

Ragnaor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the India and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tamilnadu in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Ragnaor as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

 

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Ragnaor with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Ragnaor with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

 

Subscription Plan And Payment Terms

 

In addition to being able to buy things through the Website, you may also subscribe to certain products. Users will be able to buy the Products on a monthly or weekly subscription basis, or in any other way determined by us and announced to you from time to time (the "Subscription"). When you purchase a Subscription ("Transaction"), we may request additional information pertinent to your Transaction, such as your debit or credit card number, the expiration date of your debit or credit card, or bank account information and your billing and delivery address(es) ("Payment Information"). For monthly or biweekly subscriptions, or as per our payment cycle, all funds are due and charged at the start of the subscription. Each of these subscriptions renews automatically for a time equal to the remaining subscription term unless you cancel using the Payment Information you supplied. You must cancel your monthly or fortnightly Subscription before it renews in order to prevent being charged for the next payment cycle. You may cancel your membership at any moment by emailing us at support@ragnaor.com You will not get a refund for the subscription costs you have already paid, but you will continue to receive the purchased services until the conclusion of your current membership term. We are under no duty to notify you before invoicing you for payments associated with your Subscription. You may see information about your subscriptions under "My Account" on the website. In the event of a product modification request, you must notify us at support@ragnaor.com at least five (five) working days prior to the following payment cycle. The billing amount may vary if the product plan is modified.

 

Agreement To Receive Communication

 

By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to receive in-app communications, Short Message Service (SMS) messages, emails, promotional and marketing calls, and newsletters from us. These emails may pertain to your registration, transactions conducted on the Website, promotions conducted by us, and services provided by us and our third-party partners (if applicable).

 

Payment Facility
