Recipe 1

Crush chicken recipe (Cooked recipe)​

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of chicken meat (No bones)
• 1 small sweet potato
• 1 tablespoon of diced green beans
• ½ cup of diced carrots
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• ½ cup of water

Directions:

1. Cook the sweet potato in the microwave oven (5 - 8 minutes) or stream/ boil them until it is firm but tender. Set the potato aside.
2. Slice the chicken into small chunks.
3. Cook the sliced chicken pieces in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat, 10 - 15 minutes or until it's well-done.
4. Take the chicken chunks out of the pan and place in a separate pan.
5. Smash the sweet potato.
6. Steam the carrots and green beans
7. Add the chicken pieces, carrots, sweet potato, and green beans into a bowl and top them with herbs, seeds, and calcium source.
8. Let the meal cool.

Recipe 2

Turkey and spinach

Ingredients:

• 2 cup of ground turkey
• 1 cups of brown rice
• 1 tbsp of baby spinach, finely chopped
• 1/2 carrot, shredded
• 1/4 zucchini, shredded
• 1/4 cup of peas, frozen or canned
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions:

1. In a large pan, add water, then cook the brown rice according to the directions on the package. Set the pan aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a separate pot.
3. Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned, about 3 - 5 minutes. Be sure to crumble the turkey as it's cooking.
4. Stir in carrots, spinach, zucchini, peas, and brown rice to the pot until the spinach has wilted and the entire mixture is completely cooked through, about 3 - 5 minutes. Add essential herbs, seeds and calcium source.
5. Let the meal cool completely.
